Refund policy
Due to the nature of personal care, beauty, and tanning products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage/defect and your order number. Upon confirmation, we will offer a full replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-returnable items include opened or used products, items without original packaging, sale items, and gift cards.
