By placing an order on SUNKISSED KUW, you agree to the following terms:
Products: All products are personal care, beauty, and tanning items. Results may vary between individuals.
Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
Payments: All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment must be completed at checkout.
Delivery: Kuwait: 24–48 hours. GCC countries: 5–10 business days.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Liability: SUNKISSED KUW is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before use.

الطلبات: نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون، مع إشعارك واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً.
الدفع: جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي (KWD). يجب إتمام الدفع عند الطلب.
التوصيل: الكويت: 24–48 ساعة. دول الخليج: 5–10 أيام عمل.
الاسترجاع: لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في حالة المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة. راجع سياسة الاسترجاع للتفاصيل.
المسؤولية: SUNKISSED KUW غير مسؤولة عن أي حساسية أو تفاعل جلدي. ننصح بإجراء اختبار على منطقة صغيرة من الجلد قبل الاستخدام.
